How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and printed ready for shipping. We make every effort to fullfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confimation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check you spam folder of contact us for confirmation at studio@oskaproject.com

We ship posters domestically (Poland) and to select international destinations (Europe). For a full list of countries we ship to, please look at the list below:

Shipping times depend on your location, however shipment should be expected between 2-8 business days.**

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@oskaproject.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. I will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
The policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we will not issue a refund.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

At Oska Project we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of goods. Each item is inspected upon packing and sending it off to its new home. If however you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us at studio@oskaproject.com to find a solution that works best for you. To resolve concerns quickly, we will get back to youwithin 48 hours to further discuss the matter.
